Moderate software continuity risk
Your organization has some continuity practices in place, but important knowledge, access, or operational control may still be concentrated around one person. A departure could create disruption, delay, or expensive reverse engineering.
What this test is really asking
Does your organization own the capability, or does one person effectively own it for you? The questions look at knowledge transfer, operational access, documentation, ownership, dependencies, observability, and takeover readiness. A low score does not necessarily mean the software itself is bad. It means the organization may be exposed if critical knowledge or control disappears with one person.
